In this class, you will be guided through a gentle yoga flow connecting breath to movement, helping you to release tension from your body, and quiet your mind. You'll learn different breathing practices each week and be encouraged to move at your own pace. As class progresses, we will begin to find greater stillness in yin and restorative poses, allowing for nervous system regulation and mental clarity and focus.
The class is suitable for all levels, including beginners. You'll leave feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and rested... ready to start your day -- and weekend -- with a calm and centered mindset. We look forward to seeing you in class!
